Dawsonrentals | Temperature Control Solutions limited is part of Dawsongroup plc, a national provider of commercial rental solutions. We are currently looking for a Customer Support Engineer based at our Peterborough operation, with a broad based knowledge of various commercial installations; visiting customer sites as part of a team from a sales point of view, providing technical input and user training.

The role does encompass an amount of service and repair of our rental fleet of temperature control solutions, but it is also focused on customer support and training. There are no call-out or unsociable hours required.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced refrigeration engineer with excellent customer service and communication skills who can take responsibility for the performance and maintenance of our fleet.
