Dawsongroup plc – Secretary/Sales Administrator – Head Office/Milton Keynes

Dawsonrentals | truck and trailer limited is a leading asset rental company. Due to continuous growth we are now seeking for a Secretary/Sales Administrator based in our Head Office in Milton Keynes.

This is a varied role in a busy and fast paced environment, reporting to the Managing Director where you will be responsible for a range of duties. 

Key responsibilities:

  • General administration and support to the Managing Director including other directors
  • Production of reports, letters and other relevant documentation
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with a wide range of enquiries from clients and suppliers
  • Diary Management for Managing Director, arranging meetings
  • Maintain sales teams performance data and information for senior management team
  • Keep up to date records and results of quotations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required

To be considered for this role you will have a strong administrative background, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good IT knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills are essential with the ability to multi-task and prioritise. You must also demonstrate strong attention to detail. Ideally you will be used to dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
